TalkTalk

Switching to Business-Broadband.net from TalkTalk is easy

Switching from TalkTalk couldn’t be easier, and we’ll have you up and running in as little as 10 working days.

If you have a working phone line, then simply sign up to one of our packages and we’ll do the rest. Your broadband and phone will both be switched over in as little as 10 working days from the date of your order.

If you don’t have a working phone line, we’ll need to send an engineer to you. Your new phone line will be live as soon as it is installed, and your broadband will be available within 5 working days of line installation.

We’ll also transfer your existing phone number to us, so no need to change!

Sky or BT

Switching from Sky or BT is a breeze, and we’ll have you up and running in as little as 10 working days.

If you have a working phone line, then simply sign up to one of our packages and we’ll do the rest. Your broadband and phone will both be switched over in as little as 10 working days from the date of your order and your service won’t be interrupted. You don’t even have to contact Sky or BT, we’ll do all the hard work for you!

If you don’t have a working phone line, we’ll need to send an engineehr to you. Your new phone line will be live as soon as it is installed, and your broadband will be available within 5 working days of line installation.

When leaving Sky, you may need to check your contract to confirm the final fees you need to pay.

Virgin Media

If you’re a Virgin customer, you’ll most likely need a new line installation, because they use a different network. Simply sign up to one of our packages and we’ll arrange for an engineer to come out and install your new line.

Your new phone line will be live immediately once it is installed, and your broadband will be available within 5 working days of line installation.

You’ll need to contact Virgin and give them 30 days’ notice that you intend to cancel, so to minimise loss of service, we recommend you do this once we’ve confirmed your activation date.
